The Kawatars Experience . Chapter One - Departure.

It's the year 2171. The last ships are ready to leave planet Earth that has become inhabitable due to extreme pollution.
Maybe someday in the future - or in the past - they will come back to save our home from doom .

Some props I put together in a couple nights to build the AR experience I submitted to the ARWARDS, a contest powered by OVR, a small italian company that will lead our transition to the multiverse.

OVR is a digital layer covering the entire globe. It’s composed of 1.6 trillion unique hexagons called OVRLands. Lands can be purchased from the system with an auction and then traded or rented in a decentralised fashion.
You can create and upload 3D contents on your lands by using the builder beta accessible by a web browser.

The scene was modeled and animated in maya, materials and textures with Substance Suite and Photoshop by Adobe, the animated gltf was exported with Blender. Rendered with Marmoset.
